    Boot Linux Mint

    Put Linux Mint on a USB and boot it. In BIOS, clear the TPM (if the option exists) and make sure Secure Boot is disabled.

    Run the commands

    sudo apt update
    sudo apt install tpm2-tools
    sudo tpm2_clear
    sudo tpm2_createprimary -C e -G rsa -c primary.ctx
    sudo tpm2_evictcontrol -C o -c primary.ctx 0x81010001

    Verify in Windows

    Reboot into Windows and run Get-TpmEndorsementKeyInfo in PowerShell to confirm the change.
